From here you can get NIST-RandomTests to get and check that the source files have been correctly extracted for Windows PC environment.

The software has been developed and tested under Windows XP Professional SP2. Here you will find the exact environment.

The Random Tests that can be checked are those implemented in librandomtests.so.

The input data that must be used is under data directory.

Although they have been extracted from NIST RNGT software, you must take into account that NIST does not endorse this software nor has been involved in its development.
