From here you can get librandomtests.so to incorpore randomness check of your bit streams in your applications through a shared library.

The software has been developed and tested under Linux openSUSE 10.2. Here you will find the exact environment.

Although they have been extracted from NIST RNGT software, you must take into account that NIST does not endorse this software nor has been involved in its development.
